What an amazing little campsite this is! The Hosts are so friendly. Marc showed us around when we first arrived and was very welcoming and helpful. We stayed in the Clover shepherds hut with our two kids ( 7 & 4 years old) and our 6 month old puppy. The hut is really warm and cosy and very close to reception and the bathroom block which was handy. There is a little balcony at the front with a table and chairs and a shelf to do your cooking on. Lovely views over the valley. To the side of the hut you get a fire pit and a picnic bench which was great for the kids to do their colouring and pumpkin carving on and still keep warm by the fire. There is a forestry walk close by with lovely views when you get to the top. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a cosy glamping experience.

There are some lovely places to visit nearby. We went to aberavon beach which the kids love because there is a great play area. Margam Park is also not far away, that’s a great family day out too. The castle is very impressive, there are two really good play areas, farm animals to see and sometimes deer if you’re lucky.

Amazing find during local lockdown. The place was immaculate, wonderful facilities not hampered by the Welsh weather with very helpful and friendly hosts. I couldn't have asked for a nicer time. And how many places can boast a beautiful waterfall on site?

Secluded site so nice and quiet. Excellent hosts and clean facilities. Next to the Afan Forest with plenty of good walks and cycle tracks. Highly recommended.
