Great accommodation with everything to hand. Superb rural location within easy 15min drive into Rochester. Three colleagues and I spent 18 days of stress free living here without any issues, with all commenting on how they would stay here again.

Tips for other travellers

I live in rural lincolnshire & found location perfect, if you want a countryside break but with easy access to civilisation.. 5☆ Rochester Castle well worth a visit ...15min. Old WW2 German u-boat still in river on strood side.15min. Nags head at lower stoke for a 'cold spitfire' on a hot day..traditional pub! Cliffe Woods within cycling distance. Nice pub for food in cooling, again within cycling distance or both 5min drive. Fenn bell at bottom of lane...Nice pub & also has a zoo onsite.....within walking distance of cottages.

Excellent accommodation which we have used a number of times when in the area. Has everything you need in a peaceful location and has been further improved since our last stay with new doors and windows. Highly recommend

I can not recommend this place highly enough. When asking my family what the best part of the stay was, we all come up with different things, the hosts, the views, the family games nights, home from home experience. We was getting works done to our house hence reason for stay but we are considering coming back with friends to enjoy in the summer. 5*
