Baxter House Bed and Breakfast

Kathleen, the proprietor, is a delight. She is quite easy going and relaxed in her demeanor but don't let that fool you--she is totally on top of the details of running a B&B. The facilities are terrific, beds very comfy and clean, bathrooms are like home, and the breakfasts are better than anything you will find anywhere in Ann Arbor. We stay in the "apartment" unit which has a terrific kitchen if you want to cook up the fresh produce, meat, and fish you can pick up at the nearby farmers' market and Kerrytown market place. Kathleen really should charge more!

Lovely place. Our group used both the apartment and one of the upstairs bedrooms. The apartment is quite spacious with a full kitchen, nice living area, two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. The upstairs bedroom was also very nice. We thought the cost was very reasonable and it even includes a very generous homemade breakfast!
