Kathleen is an absolute gem. This was my 3rd time staying at Baxter House and it always adds to the pleasure of visiting Ann Arbor. Kathleen has a way of making everyone who stays there feel so welcome & well cared for. The breakfasts are great, the location is perfect & the conversation is lively. Highly recommend staying there.

I had a wonderful stay at the Baxter House! Kathleen is a marvelous host! She offered excellent recommendations and has a keen sense of the area. The accommodations were excellent.

This is an excellent bed and breakfast in a fabulous location in Kerrytown! I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area. Kathleen is a marvelous host! I'll be recommending her to my friends and family who come to Ann Arbor!
