Our hosts Kathleen and Matthew made our stay very enjoyable. The breakfasts were a great sample of the local fresh food supply. We really appreciated the variety. Our stay was like visiting our favorite cousins but without the arguments!!! We honestly can not recommend this B & B highly enough.

My mom and I rented the apartment. We were so comfortable down there and there is plenty of room to relax. We appreciated having cable too so we could watch our shows and the world series. Kathleen couldn't have been more welcoming. We especially enjoyed our breakfast conversations. We were also able to see her band at The Ark and that was a truly special evening.

This is a special accommodation! Not only was Kathleen warm and helpful she is a gourmet cook. The breakfasts, which were served communally at a big table, were fabulous. Every day was different (we stayed four days) and she adapted breakfast to her guests' dietary needs. The location is walking distance to downtown and the University of Michigan. Kathleen's pride of ownership is obvious in the workman ship of the house. The whole visit was an unexpected pleasure!

Kathleen, the proprietor, is a delight. She is quite easy going and relaxed in her demeanor but don't let that fool you--she is totally on top of the details of running a B&B. The facilities are terrific, beds very comfy and clean, bathrooms are like home, and the breakfasts are better than anything you will find anywhere in Ann Arbor. We stay in the "apartment" unit which has a terrific kitchen if you want to cook up the fresh produce, meat, and fish you can pick up at the nearby farmers' market and Kerrytown market place. Kathleen really should charge more!
