Close to the airport, beaches, old San Juan, and La Placita in a cute neighborhood. Clean, had all the needed amenities and staff was very responsive to any questions and concerns.

We loved our stay. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and it had everything we needed for our 6 day stay. The building is very secure. There is plenty of space to park on the street as well as a dedicated parking spot for just $5 per day. The host was very responsive and check in was very easy due to them providing great instructions for gate codes and door key location.

Great responsiveness, facilities, and customer service. It was beautiful and affordable, right next to the beach! I love the decor of the apartments, and there was plenty of parking available, whether it was street parking or paid intern on parking. The check in process was smooth and easy, and this stay was comfortable. The beach is a five minute walk away, and Alton one is very drivable, about 10 minutes away. The airport was about 10 to 15 minutes away. Overall, my family of four including my parents and younger brother, enjoyed this place very much. Thank you for your hospitality Gautam!
