Everything was great. Clean , it had what we needed. Staff was not in premises but they answered the phone right away for any inquiries. Walking distance to the beach. And less than 10 minutes to isla verde and Coronado beaches. 100% Recommended.

I am so happy that we booked with La Esmeralda, and 100% would again if visiting! The suites were wonderful - we stayed in Tulum and were very comfortable. Parking was also easy, and I appreciated the off-street gated parking. The location is great - steps away from the public beach access, and a quick walk to lots of amazing restaurants. The location did not feel overly touristy, which I loved, and was also much quieter than a lot of the high-traffic touristy areas we visited. The staff was extremely helpful and communicative throughout our trip. If you are planning a trip to PR, definitely consider staying here!!
