A wonderfully welcoming B&B with a beautifully clean room, the homemade treats were a lovely touch, thank you ☺️ Very friendly and helpful hosts. Will definitely be back as we explore more of the area.

Tips for other travellers

Duchy House is situated perfectly for accessing Dartmoor. We loved that the footpaths were so close. Although the B&B catered really well for dietary choices and allergies. We chose to travel to Tavistock in the evening to eat at The Lounge as it offers really good gluten free menu.

We had a lovely stay - was perfect for our hike across Dartmoor! Friendly hosts, comfy beds and lovely breakfast - we will definitely stay again
