We loved the generous and yummy breakfast. Room was a high standard. The location is perfect- right in the middle of the national park. Many thanks for your hospitality.

If you like walking plan to stay more than one night! Dartmoor is wild and beautiful.

Perfect as all our visits have been. This beautifully furnished, clean, cosy, comfortable house is run by Caroline and Richard, who are friendly, kind and helpful hosts making everything enjoyable during our stay. The breakfast is excellent…a very varied choice and can be adjusted to your personal choice.

Tips for other travellers

There are two local pubs, both of which have good choices of food and friendly atmosphere’s. Princetown being perfectly situated for exploring the Moor with its scenic walking trails. Tavistock market town worth a visit, the indoor market and variety of shops are superb.
