All quite excellent.We had Oak which was very comfortable but it was very chilly in the mornings especially as the central heating could not be operated.We looked at the actual boiler and one of the knobs was missing so we suspect previous guests were a bit rough with it,causing the knob to fall into the void below.Duty member Carol was absolulutely brilliant,so helpful and friendly and the same for Brian in the bar and Viv who handled our initial booking.We will be back! Ray and Diana Mortlock
