Stayed one night. The room was very clean, bed comfortable, shower great, breakfast was excellent with locally sourced produce.. Lovely welcome. Would definitely stay again.

Had an amazing meal at the Smoking lobster on the high street, might be wise to book. We didn’t but it got full very quickly. The Isle of Wight has lots of lovely beaches, restaurants, independent shops and bars. Will stay for a longer next time we visit

Andrea and Mark are fantastic hosts and we loved every moment of our stay. The rooms are very nice with a lot of attention to detail. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. There is a common room with a nice selection of wines and drinks to purchase. Location is great with just a 10 minute walk down to Cowes High Street with pubs and restaurants. Highly recommended!

We booked the rooms in the upper floor which offer nice views on Cowes and the Solent.

Really great service and accommodating, room was clean really good , breakfast was great and the system for ordering excellent. Breakfast was brought to our rooms to facilitate the early morning travelling , Andrea and Mark are brilliant 👏

Isle of Wight is stunning plan your days alot to do and so much to take in !!!

Great location, liked the self-check in process, helpful staff and beautiful old building. Walkable to decent pubs and restaurants and far enough away not to have any noise disturbance. Bus stop around the corner very helpful to return to ferry with luggage.

Bed was a bit soft for our preference. Would expect water to be included with room at price point. Liked the honesty bar set up generally. Pre-ordering breakfast via QR code might put less tech-savy guests off a bit - great choices available though.
