Our rooms and the premises were very smart and comfortable. We received a very warm welcome, thank you.

Well presented room, with facilities to access with ease. Accommodated changes whereby required , this was very helpful and made the stay pleasant. Ease to access room and park car . A beautiful view to see the sea and harbour. Breakfast offered a variety to prepare for ventures had amongst the sundries in the room. A return visit is to be expected. A warm welcome by Mark and Andrea whom made the stay beautiful for my first time visiting Isle of Wight . Thankyou for sharing this experience with me .

Have stayed at the Caledon several times both as a couple and with friends. Mark and Andrea run a high quality, comfortable b&b within easy reach of the town centre. Great breakfast! Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at The Caledon Andrea was very helpful with parking etc The rooms were tastefully decorated and very clean a cross between traditional meets the 21st century with QR codes for all the info required Breakfasts were amazing Thank you
