Amazing place to stay. The accommodation and surrounding areas are extremely spotless. The choice of meals available in the restaurant of an evening is 10 out of 10. even if the weather is awful outside there is always plenty to keep you occupied from the swimming pool and hot tub to the games room which has pool table,darts, table tennis and table top football. There is huge selection of DVDs and board games to amuse yourself or a nice selection of books if u just want to chill. The owners are amazing and always willing to accommodate. We stayed in the barns and the rooms were warm and cosy. Fantastic time had by all. Can’t wait to return

We had a lovely few days at Honeysuckle Apartment. The place itself was spotless and beautifully presented – really comfortable and perfect for a family break. The facilities were excellent too – the kids absolutely loved the outdoor play area, the heated swimming pool, the games room and of course, us adults enjoyed the hot tub. There were just a few little touches that would have made it even better – some complimentary teas and coffees and a few basic condiments would have been handy, as well as some kitchen towel, a clothes airer, and a proper broom (there was only a small dustpan and brush, which made sweeping up a bit of a task!). The hairdryer in the apartment wasn’t working properly either, though thankfully the ones in the changing rooms by the pool were much better. We had a great stay and the family who run the complex are extremely friendly, helpful and attentive, and we’d definitely come back again. Would happily recommend Honeysuckle Apartment to other families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable break.

Mandy and Family We love to hear how we can make improvements, We always try to listen and implement if we can, some suggestions we have already tried, and some do not suit us or all guests. Complimentary teas and coffees - As a self catering stay and to keep the nightly cost down with included facilities, we have decided not to supply these like a B&B or Hotel would that have a much higher nightly rate. A few basic condiments would have been handy - We do say if anything is needed to come and ask at reception. We choose not to keep any foods in the apartments due to hygiene reasons. The clothes airer - located behind the wardrobe in the twin bedroom. A proper broom - There is a communal broom and hoover located in the laundry room for all to use. The hairdryer in the apartment wasn’t working properly- We would have gladly swapped your faulty hair dryer, it also helps us know for the following guests when brought to our attention.

This is a lovely haven and served our purpose for our trip perfectly! Would definitely stay again. We loved having the pool and hot tub area to ourselves. Quite special wildlife in the area too..

Very warm welcome. Clean and tidy throughout, was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was, no rowdy guests 😉 There were obviously some alterations and improvements in progress but nothing to disrupt and the standard of the barn conversion rooms was exactly what we were looking for definitely a home from home feel and equipped with all you needed. The outside space was good with a lovely lake at the bottom, peaceful enough to spot the resident Kingfisher. Staff were friendly, informative, respectful and polite just wish we'd stayed longer but will definitely book again next year as have family not far away.

So that future guests have a correct understanding of the swimming pool booking system - The pool has availability throughout the day for all guests, we have 15 apartments who each have two slots per day included in the price.( we do not open to the public). There are 30 slots available every day. Most guests swim once a day and some do not swim. As the person who changes the booking sheet everyday at summer peak times a max of 15 slots will be used. If you want a particular time slot then the sheet goes out at 4pm each day. ( There is normally one person or no persons waiting )!
