Fantastic weekend away with friends (and our dog). Bluebell was an excellent cottage to stay in, great facilities and fab sofa, very comfortable and plenty big enough for 3 adults. Beds were not 100% comfortable for our taste, but servicable (we are also used to a superking bed so we were rather cosy). Restaurant was fabluous - menu was brilliant and we all very much enjoyed what we ordered. Overall a fantastic stay, and we can't wait to come back again. One tiny critque, a gate on the outside area would have been very handy. Having to prop up a bit of trellis to stop the dog from getting out was a bit of a pain.

The Merry Harriers nursey was great to visit for their Sunday carvery and something to do on the Sunday if you don't want to go far.

Thank you for your great review, we are so pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay and would like to come back again. For future stays the twin beds in bluebell are zip and link, so turn into a superking! Unfortunatly there is not space for a superking in the double room. Through much consideration we have decided not to have a perminant gate on bluebell as we have found that previously dogs were left unsupervised in the contained patio area, which led to complaints from other guests. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future.

We had a lovely stay. The peace and quiet was just what we needed. The pool was lovely and the lake had good swims. Nothing was too much to ask for.

There are lots places to visit that are not too far to visit. Our favourites are Homeleigh Garden centre Launceston and Dartington glass.

Always a warm welcome and spotlessly clean.The family work together to look after any guests.The property has uninterrupted views over the glorious Devon countryside.

Fantastic place to stop they have everything you need owners are lovely people make you welcome I have stayed here 6 times with my family and will continue to my children that have special needs love it here so peaceful.
