The caravan was comfortable nice and clean and in a good location. Quiet and peaceful which is what we look for in a holiday so would reccomend to anyone . Will definatly visit again.

The family are lovely. Nothing is too much trouble for Bethany who overseas your stay. The caravans are spotless and kitchen appliances/pots & pans have all been supplied for you. The garden furniture has been updated, and is great. With a very nice addition of modern cushioned bench style seating. Private areas around each caravan are always kept neat & tidy. And a small play area for young children too.

Tips for other travellers

On our recent visit we discovered The Pack Horse Inn, an easy walk mostly downhill to this pub/restaurant however, the return walk back up the hill takes a little effort. Well worth a visit as food was very nice indeed and very pleasant inside too with plenty of outside seating. The Fox is a lovely casual pub with fine Ales and good pub food. Variety of nice walks to the pub. Leagate park is on the main hill up to Shaw Farm and a great space for young & old alike. And not forgetting the beautiful surrounding fields offering nice easy walks straight from the caravans.
