We didn't meet anyone so can't really comment on this, not because it was poor service just because we had such a quick visit and were out early

Caravan amazing WiFi and Netflix was a great plus. Kids did not want to come home they loved feeding the chickens. Staff brilliant and very helpful. The Fox a great pub 15 mins walk. Some amazing walks and views.

The van, site, location was great - 10/10. The kitchen was brilliantly stocked, everything we needed for our stay was available. The play area was great, and having a meadow to play in was a really nice touch. One small observation - and I feel really guilty making this, please don't take it as a complaint - but the tv dropped off the WiFi at pretty regular intervals. The Internet on phones, etc was fine, I think it was just an issue with the TV, but it might be worth just running a cable from the router into the TV to stabilise the connection - there were nearly tears when we couldn't get cbeebies working!

Thanks for the review and really glad to hear you enjoyed your stay, the wifi in Caravans 1 and 4 seem to mess about the most but I am struggling to find the problem as it is working each time I check it. Im not sure if it is a loose connection somewhere or when all the caravans are full and everyone is on the wifi the system gets overwhelmed as we cant upgrade the connection to the farm anymore. Hopefully I can find the problem or the tech improves one day! Hope to see you again - Graham Burgess

The caravan was tidy and clean and very well equipped. Loved the farm surroundings and how we were able to feed the chickens - there was also a farm tour but we didn’t have time so we Will definitely return or longer next time
