Tips for other travellers
George recommended the Crispy Cod in New Mills and he was right. Food and friendly service was excellent.
Whaley Bridge is a lovely little town for a wander about. Nice Tea Room/Cake shop opposite the station.
All towns down towards and including Matlock Bath are well worth a visit. Great as well if you enjoy photography.

Lovely accessible walks straight from the farm. A very nice pub serving good food a short walk away for those with good mobility but can be reached by car.

Our umpteenth visit to Shaw Farm. Just love the peace and tranquility. Walks from the door..nature on the doorstep. Can’t wait for our next stay.. Many thanks to Bethany,Graham,George and Nicky.
