We always have such a special time here. I love the mix of it being on a farm but at the same time being so well organised and comfortable. The views from the vans are stunning. The family are really friendly. Perfect spot for long walks like Kinder or short walks. Or even just staying in!

New Mills is a great town not to be missed, try and catch an event on at the Mill. Stunning viaduct architecture. Always feels very community oriented.

Always a pleasure to stay at Shaw Farm. We are regular visitors. Lots to see around the farm and wildlife is beautiful to see. Caravans have all that is required when self catering. Games books & DVDs are provided inside caravans with local maps and places to visit. The family are always happy to help.

Two local pubs within walking distance from the caravans, one more than the other and both offer food. New Mills itself has a few nice shops and offers plenty of cafes.

Very good area for walking with lots of local bridleways and footpaths around the farm. Also the High Peaks are close by .

A tavola in New Mills is very good. Try the millennium walkway too, there's a nice pub in the middle of the gorge.
