Such a warm and cozy environment. Georgia was super helpful with recommendations for the area and she made us feel right at home.

Tips for other travellers

Great place to stay, friendly staff and very clean room, toilets (shared but cared). Dome is very pretty (you can't look at the starts from inside but you can play around with sounds, gather there and have fun).

We spent 5 days exploring the Isle of Skye. Having the hostel as our base really made for a fantastic trip and great experience. The hostel is clean, very well equipped and comfortable. We opted to for a garden hut which was really cosy. From the spacious garden and solar dome to the large kitchen and lounge areas the space provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The lovely staff are so welcoming and full of helpful tips and advice. Brian had us in fits of laughter with his colorful anecdotes! We enjoyed meeting fellow travellers from all over the world. We highly recommend Skyewalker!

We timed our visits to the more popular major sites for either earlier in the day or to later on to avoid crowds. This worked really well.
