Fantastic stay, great location, the kids loved the cabin and facilities were very close to the cabin. Will definitely be back.

The Roost is a lovely little bit of tranquillity, with all the facilities you need to keep yourselves sufficient for a long weekend exploring the Merthyr area. If you are a mountain biker ( and a lot of guests are ) BPW is only 10 minutes away, and the Roost team have set up a full bike maintenance station and wash for you to use as well.

Beautiful place and is exactly what you would expect from the description online. If you are looking for 'glamping' this is exactly this. The comfort of a bed, warm showers and security with the feel and being in nature. Very well thought out place. Perfect for heading away on a bike weekend and the lady that runs it super friendly and informative.

We had a lovely stay at the Roost for our visit to bike park wales.The facilities are fantastic considering everything you might need for a comfortable stay.Everything was so clean and tidy when we arrived and the beds are really comfortable.my son and i enjoyed the fire pit after dinner which was a great way to unwind after a long days riding.we will definitely be back in the future.
