We had the most wonderful stay at Kilbride Cottage. We were coming to Scotland to visit family, post lockdown and were slightly wary about travelling amidst the Covid-19 pandemic. Right from the start, Lynne couldn't have been more helpful and kept us advised at every point along the easing of restrictions. We were their first guests post lockdown and Lynne had been very careful not just to start taking bookings again once the green light was given, but only when she felt it was both safe to do so for guests and the local community. She has taken the best possible care to guarantee everything is safe, including blocking out days between bookings, proving she is the most responsible of house owners. The cottage itself was immaculate- it really couldn't be faulted. Everything is done with great taste, with no corners cut at all and we had a really enjoyable stay. The setting is just lovely, amidst beautiful countryside and we spent several evenings sitting outside enjoying the sunshine (yes, in Scotland!). We honestly couldn't recommend Kilbride Cottage highly enough - if anything, it's even better than it looks on the website! Thanks so much to you both, we hope to come back again sometime. Debbie, Roger and Catherine Pollen.

Boudingait Pub in Cupar was great, but make a reservation as it was very crowded with locals. Cupar has tons of quaint little shops.

Lovely cottage in a lovely countryside location but with easy access to the villages and towns of Fife. Cupar and St Andrews aren't far. Lovely beaches at Tentsmuir and St Andrews. Lynne, the Owner, provided the best welcome pack we have ever had anywhere including Prosecco and lovely biscuits as well as the basics. Lynne was very helpful with information and we really appreciated her letting us stay an extra night. The Cottage has files with lots of useful information on places to visit and events in the area. There is no shortage of things to do. We wished that we had booked to stay longer and hope to return next year. Thanks Lynne. Hope you had a good holiday too.
