Amazing and very helpful staff, there was a little hiccup when arrived but was sorted out straight away. The apartments are of high quality and in very clean condition, would highly recommend this company, can't wait to rebook, thank you very much

Great staff and quick to help / answer questions. When we did not have the bedding for the sofabed in the room, it was dropped off at our door within 30 minutes. Perfect place to stay if you are travelling for a few days and want to be able to self-cater. Rooms are spacious and location it 5 minutes from Winter Gardens.

Had a bit of trouble getting radiators to work. Different types, managed to get 3 working which was adequate but twin room was cold.

lovely roomy apartment , two large bedrooms good size kitchen with everything that you need including a dish washer , really good heating system as the long weekend we were there it more or less rained all the time with strong winds .
