Julie was v friendly and welcoming and was so flexible when we were let down by calmac. The bothy was perfect, well designed, clean and v cosy. There were plenty of recommendations of activities which was v helpful.

Tips for other travellers

We did loads of beach walks. There is a sauna on reef beach which needs to be booked in advance (saltbox saunas). The local shop has plenty of provisions and a great selection of local art / souvenirs. Uig Sands restaurant has a shop with their own ready meals and lovely smoked salmon.

A fantastic stay. Beautiful location. Warm comfortable and perfect place to look out over Kneep beach and take in the stunning views. The little touches like the fresh scollops make it even more special!
