Very quick and effective booking process from initial comms with Judith through to payment and then receipt of details about the cottage.

Tips for other travellers
We spent most of our time in the northern / western side of the Dales so this location suited us perfectly. Lots of fabulous walks nearby in Swaledale, especially Gunnerside Gill and Muker / Keld. Easy to get to Sedbergh, Hawes and Tan Hill. Note the pub in Gunnerside, the Kings Head, is closed Monday and Tuesday, but there are plenty of other pubs in other local villages.

Fantastic cottage for dog owners, underfloor heating was very effective. We didn't miss the fact that there was no freezer. Local pub was great as were the many walks from the door.

Tips for other travellers
Food in the pub in Muker was wonderful after a long walk. The fish and chips from the van in the village square, Friday nights were a real treat.

We all make mistakes... I'm a bit disappointed, however, that you only thought cleanliness was average. I clean there and my husband and I strive to go the extra mile with cleaning. (And actually, if you saw other cottages other people clean, you might think we did a good job?) Anyway, glad you enjoyed your holiday.
