Loved our stay. The cottage is perfect and fully stocked with everything required. Incredible to find somewhere with a secure garden for the dogs. Definitely be back.

We visited the Glenshee tea room and farmer shop and Taste of China in Blairgowrie - both great.

Wonderful accommodation in a fabulous setting with amazing hosts! Beautiful 5 star accommodation with a thoughtful welcome pack and attention to detail. The furnishings were all very tasteful and the log fire was a real bonus. It was also great to have the chance to use the hot tub with wonderful views. Many thanks.

Tips for other travellers

The Persie distillery was great, and we really loved also the Glenshee Cafe and gift shop just down the road for home cooked food and gifts. We didn't go to Braemar on this occasion but it's well worth a visit.

An absolutely beautiful place to stay. The treehouse achieves the perfect balance of luxury and comfort. There is so much to see in the area, but it’s difficult not just to stay put and look at the views and watch all the wonderful wildlife - the many birds and the red squirrels
