Lovely hotel which was spotlessly clean and very COVID safe. We stayed in room 1 which had a fantastic view of the cricket ground. The host was very welcoming and I would definitely recommend this hotel and I’m sure we will return.

Hotel is close to the North Bay, Peasholm Park and 5/10 mins from the open air theatre and if you turn right out of the hotel you can easily get to the centre and then down onto the south shore

This was our 4th visit to this lovely Guest House and it was excellent as usual. Landlord Paul is very friendly and welcoming. The place is spotless and our room had a brilliant view overloooking Scarborough Cricket Club. The rooms are very comfortable and clean with brew facilities etc. It is easy to walk to all the places to see in Scarborough from here and the view across the road of the North Bay is jaw-dropping.

Walk across the road to see one of the most breath-taking views in the UK. Peasholm Park is a 5 minute walk away and is beautiful. The hotel is on the North Bay, but is still only a 10 minute walk away from the more commercial South Bay.We loved the North Riding Hotel pub 200 yards away, which has a good selection of real ales. Also the Stumble Inn near the train station. We had a lovely meal in Tikka Tikka indian restaurant.A must is to catch the X94 bus to Whitby/Robin Hoods Bay.Stunning.
