4th visit to the cottage for me and my family and another great time had by all. Facility’s and cottage excellent and a great location to get around Yorkshire

Perfect cozy cottage for myself and Meg (collie) to stay close to our dog agility competition. Meg's first time away (apart from when we had a caravan) and she settled straight away. Loved having the field to walk her round on her long line for leg stretch. Comfy bed, microwave for a quick ready meal after our long day. Settee was very comfy too. Nice chat to Phil and got to meet your lovely Beardie. The Indian runner ducks were lovely, such characters and bought back memories of ours. You wouldn't think the A1 is only a couple of miles away as it is so quiet and peaceful at Osprey Meadows. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Lovely quiet location, really roomy property and fully equipped with all you could need. Very clean on arrival. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful location, cottages was lovely, spacious and comfortable and lots rooms for parking, lovely countryside peaceful and quite ,everything was there as i expected and i would definitely stay there again another time .
