Perfect place to stay, the peace and tranquility is second to none Large pitches with enough room between each other and a handy little shop with necessities if you run out I.e. milk and eggs

Local pub within walking distance via the lake Steam railway goes past the site and is near enough to have a go

Martyn and Rosemary are extremely friendly and helpful - helping enormously with our battery problem during our stay. Whilst no shower or toilet facilities the pitches are level and enormous with excellent rural outlook. Easy walk across fields to the village and a good pub. Easy access to the Cotswolds attractions

Wonderful site credit to the owners sand the communication with them has been excellent with all the information we needed for our stay through messages and it’s so peaceful and well maintained with plenty of spacing in between pitches and a secure gate which closes late at night is very reassuring easy to find and get to plus you get a lovely view of the steam train passing by in the distance will definitely stay there again and for £25 per night it’s well worth it

Tips for other travellers
There is a leisurely walk from the site to the village which is signposted throughout the fields and the local village has a church and pub all within walking distance bishops cleeve is a short drive away as is the village of gotherington which also has a local garden centre There is also a old horsebox which has been converted into a chiller unit on site and it has bread, local honey, duck eggs, milk and homemade cake to name but a few items and it has a honesty box which is a good idea for items you’ve purchased there’s also a selection of maps in there as well

Another stay at idyllic Elms Farm. We love this CL - it can’t be bettered. Rose is so welcoming and she keeps the little shop on site stocked with delicious local produce. We look forward to returning soon.
