Excellent hosts. There if needed otherwise left us to enjoy the quality of the accommodation and views. Lots of information about the accommodation and local eateries plus places to visit. Unfortunately the property is for sale so hopefully the new owners will also offer the units for hire.

Absolutely first class accommodation in a marvellous part of the world. Views from the cottage make it so special, and the surrounding area has all the amenities one needs. Couldn’t recommend this property more highly, and wonderful hosts!

Walking around the Pendle area is stunning. We ate at the Three Fishes, top class food and good value. Roger’s recommendation of the Indian takeaway was a hit!

We had the most amazing time!! The accommodation was 5 star quality with the most breath taking views! Hosts very friendly but not too intrusive . Would love to visit again!

A very friendly welcome from Roger. He quickly put the heating on and supplied us with logs when it got unseasonably cold. Generous Welcome Pack. Well appointed, quiet, comfortable cottage with fantastic views.

Stocks reservoir and the Gisburn forest is worth a visit for a walk.
