Everything was perfect. Very high standards in all areas The garden where you are free to sit and enjoy is beautiful. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the bed was so comfortable. The hosts Lee and Joe are amazing and very friendly, informative and helpful. We are definitely returning to enjoy the hospitality and the garden when the weather improves. The breakfasts are delicous (especially the granola fruit pot, the best I have ever tasted) Would most definitely recommend The Vine Thank you for a lovely weekend.

Tips for other travellers

Most of the eating places for an evening meal are not in walking distance but recommendations from Lee are accurate and very good. The walled Garden in Horncastle is worth a visit and Louth is a really nice market Town ( markets three times a week, we went on the Saturday.} Lots more to do , all information available at The Vine brochures etc.
