Lovely warm welcome on arrival. Room very clean, comfortable and warm. Nice to see guests from previous stays. Winter warmer weekend was perfect. Varied choice of dishes to choose from and a lovely cosy dining experience. Georgina and Jamie are wonderful hosts.

Good location.
Good bus services to Blackpool, Cleveleys, Fleetwood & Lytham Saint Anne's.
Lots of local cafés and restaurants.
Promenade is a nice place to walk along.
