Georgina and Jamie are wonderful hosts. Rooms are clean, bright and airy and are well serviced. Plenty of variety for breakfast which caters for all tastes.

Dear Pat Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. As with all accommodation providers in the area we have more rooms than parking spaces, we are very clear about this on all our communication, including the confirmation sent out at the point of booking. We are not sure what parking issues you faced, but as you have stayed before, we hope you understood the situation. There are lots of free street parking spaces in the area on the roads parallel to East Bank Road, and we always help guests to try to find a parking space. There is also a very cost-effective multistory carpark just a 10 min walk away which is currently only £5 per day. We are glad you enjoyed your stay, nevertheless and pride ourselves on being one pf the closest B&Bs to both the beach and town centre Best wishes Georgina & Jamie
