Perfect little cottage for a short trip away with our 2 month old and our dog! Ideal location for getting about in Yorkshire, and the type of rural location and feel we love.

Pauline was a lovely, friendly and welcoming host. The shepherds hut had everything you needed for a few nights stay. It was clean, tidy and had great countryside views. We made great use of the hot tub, fire and bbq (they really made the stay). The location was great within driving distance of York, some lovely beaches and some great local towns. With the addition of the portable fence / gate you can make the area secure for dogs. Overall we had a lovely weekend - thank you!
