We had the best time away! Jessica was there to meet us and give us the rundown on things we needed to know, particularly how to work the hot tub 😉 The lodge was lovely and cosy with everything you need while you are away. The extra touches of the rose petals and a Lego gift were like Jess knew us personally! The views from the lodges are phenomenal, even in the rain and mist! We will definitely be back! Buddy is the cutest pup we’ve ever seen too, loved watching him bound about the place in the mornings!

The people in Cromarty are so lovely, everyone was kind to us wherever we went! We would highly recommend: The Slaughterhouse Cafe for a coffee and cake! The cakes are from the Cromarty Bakery which we also recommend if you fancy a bridie or a quiche! A visit to Sutor Creek for the best pizza you’ve ever tasted, we had The Stoltman and The Greek and honestly, they were amazing! If beer is your thing then we also recommend trying Cromarty Brewery beers and visiting the Black Isle Brewery for a tour!

Lovely friendly owner. Peaceful and secluded location. Great views over the Cromarty Firth. The Coop was very clean and well equipped. The bed was comfy and cosy. The hot tub was a great additional feature. We would love to return.

We went to Sutor Creek for takeaway pizza, we would recommend. We went for a walk down at the waters edge in Cromarty and took a drive to Chanonry Point for a walk. Both very peaceful areas with great views.

The local pub was a short 30 min walk into Cromarty for dinner and through the day many amazing wee independent shops to poke about in from Calluna the clothes shop to the pottery and a pit stop at the local coffee house where e the smell of roasting coffee on site and brewing was amazing.
