The Norlands

It was the first time I’d stayed at the Norlands and what a great place to stay. From the moment I arrived I was made to feel so welcome by Brian, Costa, and Tracey, and they couldn’t do enough throughout my stay. Their care for their guests, friendliness, and attention to detail was second to none, and they made time to talk to guests, and knew everyone’s names. The hard work and dedication they put into this hotel is so evident and worthwhile. Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked by Costa, and Brian made sure you didn’t want for anything. There was plenty of choice too. The room was spotless, nicely decorated and furnished, and had everything you needed, and the bed was very comfortable. Thank you for a fabulous stay and I will definitely come back again.

The hotel was in a good location with Seaviews, the staff were very friendly and helpful with everything from helping with our luggage to answering any questions, the room was spotlessly clean with all facilities, we will definitely be returning sooner rather than later, 👌
