It’s a lovely property. Great location and views. Very clean and high quality- good quality linen and towel always a good indicator. Iris, the lady managing the property was very courteous and helpful.

Highland Escape was the perfect place for our wedding. As soon as we went for the first viewing, we knew it was the place for us. Iris was so accommodating from the very start, offering advice and recommending suppliers before we even confirmed our booking. She also helped us so much on the day, going as far as to pick up my sister from the station after my sister's travel plans had been cancelled and rescheduled last minute. The Old Manse itself is so beautiful, all of our guests kept commenting on how beautiful all the furniture/etc were. From having spoken with Iris about the furniture and decor, we know that everything there is intentional and only the highest-quality items chosen. The Bona Church was also the perfect place for our ceremony. It is such a classic and timeless space - we didn't even have to pay for any decorations because it just feels perfect as it is. Location of course is also fantastic! It is close enough to Inverness that you can get whatever you need (only about 15 minutes drive), but still feels far-removed from everything. The views of the loch are stunning. Overall we just had a fantastic stay. We absolutely would recommend Highland Escape for anyone having an intimate wedding.

Where do I start? The most incredible weekend in such a beautiful house in a stunning location overlooking Loch Ness. Everything you need under one roof and Iris couldn’t have been more helpful with the planning. What and who she doesn’t know isn’t worth knowing . The perfect host.
