Extremely relaxing and comfortable stay. Wanted to avoid the city centre but be close enough as we were going to watch the rugby at Hull KR. The location is perfect for this and for opening up areas such as Spurn point with great walking and bird watching opportunities. The breakfast room is a master stroke provided us with everything we needed to celebrate our win. Very chilled out vibe to the place we will definitely be back.

My husband and I stayed in the cosy but spacious log cabin. We loved the view across the garden towards the Humber and enjoyed seeing the sunsets from the cabin. There was a problem one morning when the heating and hot water stopped working, but the owner, Warren, responded extremely quickly when we reported it to him and had it fixed in no time at all. Fantastic, friendly service. There was a good selection of food in the breakfast room - cereals, croissants, bread, jams and other spreads, as well as cheese, ham, eggs and tomatoes. Very useful having a fridge for guests' use too. It was wonderful to be able to cross the garden to the bank alongside the Humber where we could have walked for miles if there was time. We borrowed Lilly the dog to take her for a walk which added to the interest; she is a very calm, friendly dog.

Beautiful location. Cleanliness is without a doubt only regarded as superb. Facilities are excellent. Hosts are again excellent, as I’m staying here for work commitments, I’ve already booked to go back
