Great location. Comfortable room. Great food in the Bistro and the staff were amazing. Second time we have been there and will return.

We felt welcome and were well looked after by our hosts and their team during a 2 night stay here. The breakfast was delicious. We also had dinner on one night, in the restaurant, which was probably the best meal out for us, in some time. Whilst situated in the heart of Monmouth, we both slept well without interruption. Overall, a very good short break away

Tips for other travellers

February 2026 - when we visited the town was still recovering from the recent floods, so many of the local shops were still under repair/refurbishment. There are lots of places to eat and drink locally. Behind Creates, Monmouth, there is a public car park which charges and has a maximum 4-hour paring limit. ?However, if you park later in the afternoon/evening, any hours paid for beyond 6pm roll over to the following morning - good for a lie-in! There is also free parking opposite the Leisure Centre, a short walk away
