We received a warm welcome from Kenny and Ben on our arrival. Lovely room with little extras such as slippers, bottles of water, tea/coffee, biscuits. We had a lovely full breakfast with plenty of choice. Served by a very polite young man who was friendly and professional making sure we were happy with our breakfast and had enjoyed our stay. Great location in the heart of Monmouth with a car park directly behind the B&B. It isn’t the first time we’ve stayed at Creates and it certainly won’t be the last. See you all next time.
