Lovely old building, with wonderful views, in a highly convenient city centre location. Rooms are very comfortable and there is an access code system so you can get in and out at any time. I actually met no staff during my stay there - I just let myself in and out, but email communication was good and I had been alerted that the owners would be away and would be no meals available during my stay so it was not a problem. There is a fridge for guest use in the dining room and a kettle with tea and coffee — and Tunnocks tea cakes! In the rooms. Being independent suited me very well for this trip and I hope to stay again.

Glad you appreciate the location and cleanliness. And, we will aim to meet you in person next time, though we do appreciate many guests like the flexibility of checking in on their own.
