Great location. Pub just down the road. Lots of things to do in the area. Market/ shops and lovely walks.

We enjoyed a most relaxing and enjoyable week at The Lodge. The accommodation had a number of surprising innovations. All fittings were immaculate. Beautiful garden and view of forest. Thanks to the hosts for a warm welcome. Jackie, Australia

Contact the hosts for directions to avoid narrow lane roads. GPS was confusing.

Tips for other travellers

As the weather was so nice we decided to stay in Cornwall for a few more days but needed somewhere to stay. A quick search of Air B&B and this place popped up. It seemed to look very attractive so we booked. On arrival we were not disappointed; it certainly was luxurious. The nice touches made us even more welcome ie, tea, coffee, milk, shower gel and shampoo. We would not hesitate to book again and would definitely recommend this property to family and friends. In summary, if we compared the Lodge to a large passenger aircraft it would be the First Class Cabin.
