Another excellent stay at Enjoy the Pause. The location is perfect being so close to the City but with parking! The Tesco so close is perfect, fantastic restaurants and history close by from Roman Chester. Beds are comfy and the shower is good!

Tips for other travellers

The Tesco location is super close. The Ivy and Artezzan are two of the best places for food in the whole city. Don't miss out on Death by Tacos on Watergate Street too - including their excellent pork belly and wings!

Excellent location. Host very attentive and responsive. We had a couple of little niggles which were sorted out within minutes. Free parking spot was a major plus. Comfy beds and a quiet street. Our host knew we had young children and had a great selection of toys and book which was so handy. Chester is a lovely city and the house is within walking distance of everything you'd want to do there. Highly recommend.

Tips for other travellers

If you have young kids. The Ice Cream Farm was a big hit. We enjoyed the open top bus, a river cruise, walking the walls of Chester and just walking around mooching in shops. Chester Zoo is also great but very big for little legs and we didn't see much on the day we visited unfortunately. Very close to Liverpool also for a day trip.

Tips for other travellers

We spent a day at the races which was lovely and an easy walk from the accommodation. So many nice places to see from the historical sites to the shopping, pubs and restaurants.
