We had a brilliant stay in the Scotch Mist bell tent. The site was beautifully done and very peaceful, just as we wanted. The communication from the owner was excellent with clear instructions. Our son loved the experience and didn’t want to leave!

We had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The tents were lovely and clean, well equipped and comfortable. Location was beautiful and the site was so tranquil. We loved the twinkly lights at night and the children enjoyed the play area. We can’t wait to come back and have already recommended it to friends.

We really enjoyed Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth for a traditional seaside experience. Beccles has a lovely couple of book shops and great lido. We found a fab community pub called The Locks Inn, Geldeston - worth a visit for good reasonably priced food.

We loved our stay, it was so peaceful and such a lovely area. Tents were a tad close together but we knew that from the pics. We loved the playground, that was fantastic to have so nearby. Maybe an honesty pot area would be handy, for things like more wood, eggs, juice etc. Gorgeous to have ponies to close.

We loved our day trip to Walberswick beach and crabbing a real highlight.

I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay with us, unfortunately with being such a small site it is very difficult to Stock fresh produce as a lot would go to waste and we simply cannot afford to do that, the majority of our guests go out every day to explore the area and as we are within 10 minutes of the major supermarkets they tend to do top up shops when they are passing. We did try an honesty box for the wood and charcoal but I’m afraid it turned out that not everyone is quite as honest as you would hope. Wood firewood and charcoal is always available to order, I am on site most days and will always leave it in the accommodation. Best wishes Gavin.

Beautiful site with fab facilities. Set in tranquil surroundings. My daughter particularly loved having the horses so close! Very clean and well appointed with everything you need for a perfect getaway. Wil definitely be visiting again!

Tips for other travellers

Literally everything is close by, from supermarkets to unique shops. A short drive is Southwold with it's fantastic beach and if it's the city you want to visit, Norwich is only 35 minutes away. Loads of local quality pubs and restaurants. The location of the site is central to almost anything you need.
