We were delighted to be Mhairi's first guests at Chillingham Newton, after staying at Chillingham Manor in the past. It really is a perfect little 'home' within a beautiful home with the added bonus of delicious breakfast, cooked and served in Mhairi's incomparable style! A stunning location, night & day, and a clear night can be spent in wonder gazing at the dark skies of Northumberland from the conservatory and from your oh so comfy bed. And a very special night enjoying the carol service at chilly Chillingham Castle.

Delightful host Vari has excellent information about the top places to visit including places to eat She is a very welcoming and happy to help in any way she can. Excellent cook providing a delicious breakfast and she will cook a 2/3 course supper on request and very delicious too!
