Absolutely great place to stay. Owners were excellent with admin and communication, even checking up on us that we were ok on the day of arrival as we came late in the evening. Also acknowledged day of checkout that all was ok and wished us a safe journey home Couldn't have expected or wanted more

Bawsey country park was fantastic for walking dogs and a lovely cafe with friendly staff and great food. Also able to take dogs inside which was a bonus. There are 2 lakes where dogs can dip and cool off and miles of woodlands to get lost in. Shouldham Warren Woods is also worth a visit, lots of trails to meander around and a mobile catering van for snacks, but great place to take a picnic too. Old Hunstanton beach is good for the dogs to have a blast, you can walk to Holme then back along the cosy path

A slice of Norfolk paradise. The enclosed dog field was a 🐾 pawsitive bonus! Beautifully peaceful & tranquil, it proved to be a fab place to unwind & re-charge the batteries & an excellent base to discover the area. We hope to revisit in the not too distant future!

Enjoyed visiting Houghton Hall, Oxburgh, Castle Rising & its unique tearooms as well as Norfolk Lavender. Lovely to visit Branodunom & Brancaster Staithe board walk. The Barn restaurant nearby was a great & tasty recommendation as was The Heron…

Lovely peaceful location with a beautiful paddock for your dogs to run free in. It was so nice to hear the birds singing every time we opened the door to the barn. Cosy and clean barn with lots of extras added. Welcome treats for humans and dogs. Lots of board games and puzzles to play. Home from home

Little Owls provides information on so many different things that are nearby Pubs, restaurants etc. Woodland and beaches all included Thetford Forest is not too far a drive away and is so very peaceful. Downham market is beautiful and again not too far to drive.

Loved our stay at Little Owls Nest - property was comfy, cosy and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped, really good shower, great sofas and big TV and comfy beds. But the outside space was just amazing! We had relaxed sunny breakfasts and evening drinks on the terrace and our dog adored the secure field and having all that safe space to run, sniff and observe all the gorgeous surrounding countryside. Leesa was a wonderful host, we appreciated all the info on the local area and the very thoughtful welcome treats. We definitely will be back - we fully relaxed and our dog had the time of his life!

The local Co-Op at Terrington St John is a really great local shop and has a full range of Cook prepared meals - super easy dinners sorted! Our rescue dog can be dog and people reactive but we had amazing walks at Snettisham and Heacham South beaches - they were huge and we barely saw anyone else whilst we were there.
