I want to leave an amazing review for this cottage & facilities but also want to keep this little gem to myself so it's not booked up when I want to return! However I have already booked a second stay. The cottage is well presented & cosy. We had everything we needed & more. The big bonus for any dog owners is the exercise paddock. It's such a great secure space right next to the cottage. We took 6 dogs with us & they had a wonderful time.

As we had everything we needed we only went out once for Sunday lunch. The food at Elm Tree Inn on the outskirts of Wisbech was excellent. Very friendly service.

We loved the stay at Little owls Nest. Our dog Peanut enjoyed the padlock. He usually jumps higher-up but was okay with this field. Loved watching the sunrise 🌄 together as a family. Weather was kind to us. Visited Snettisham when the tides were closing in, Holkham beach. Nice sandy beach.

Take wellies visiting Holkham beach, a bit walk to get to the beach. Sandringham walks are lovely too. Dogs are not allowed inside garden or palace but lots of walks outside just from the car park. Lovely play area for under 12s. Check tide times for Snettisham and go just before high tide.
