We booked Little Owls Nest as we wanted a quiet short break with our little one and two dogs and that's exactly what we got. Very peaceful and perfect to relax away from busy day to day life. My little one and dogs all loved the paddock. It was perfect for my older dog who struggles with long walks. My little dog who loves to find things to bark at, struggled to find much that she could bark at. The barn was warm, cosy and homely, it had everything we needed. Everywhere was very clean. We had a welcome and goodbye text message which was lovely and just to let us know to get in touch if we had any problems. Also had some welcome goodies and fresh eggs which was a lovely touch. We plan to return again and would recommend to others. Thank you very much for our lovely break away.

We did not venture out a great deal, but there is a useful folder with lots of information on what's available locally, places to eat, takeaways, Beeches. Overall perfect little getaway if you have dogs, but also for children to get outdoors and have some family time. Thank you.

Cottage was lovely and kind welcome pack for humans and dogs was appreciated. Having the secure paddock was a godsend for our dogs and we enjoyed sitting in it too. Take condiments! So comfortable and peaceful. Highly recommended and 100% dog friendly

You're quite a way from amenities, so plan your days out. Heacham beach 25 minutes away. Cafe. Toilets, not too busy, dog friendly.

Cottage was lovely, had everything we needed. Quiet location & beautiful views of deer & rabbits. Dogs loved the paddock & took advantage of the great space to run around.

Nothing walkable as far as we knew but easy to get to main attractions by car.

Fantastic little dog friendly accommodation, the paddock is a huge asset and provides the peace and seclusion to allow reactive dogs to potter off lead. The ability to bolt the gate and know the area surrounding the property was secure enabled us to fully relax and unwind. The internet was a little lacklustre at times with just a dongle in place so streaming wasn't possible, however there were some dvds available at the property to keep us entertained of an evening, and plenty of games too.

Having stayed in the winter, we’re grateful that we thought to bring a little freestanding dog gate/fence with us to enable us to block off the living area until the dogs had their feet cleaned as the gateway into the paddock gets a little muddy. Otherwise, the place was very well suited to having a couple of little dogs with us. Its a great location to access some wonderful woodland walks and the seaside each of the places we attended within 25-40mins, and the selection of takeaway deliveries to the property is great. We had intended to cook everyday, and there is more than enough equipment and utensils to enable this, tiredness just got the better of us and the takeaways were a blessing! The little foldaway dining table is amazing to enable you to get everything away after your meal and to just relax in front of the tv.
