Nee is such an inspirational host, keeping things maintained keeping in touch going the extra mile with a conscious nod to the environment. I absolutely LOVE staying here my favourite lodges by far I just feel very at ease relaxed undisturbed almost like going to a retreat but it's my own little haven!

Tips for other travellers

The location is fantastic for a little hide away I love the views and the sound of the river that runs at the rear of the lodges. It is so nice to sit out in the hot tub and star gaze too! You have a great walk at the golf club just at the top of the hill and an awesome view of the black mountain which is easy to get to with a car or local taxi firm. There is a local shop at the bottom of the hill a Tesco Asda and Lidl all 20 minutes drive away and a good few local pubs /shops / little villages dotted around the area.

Lovely cabin, it’s so beautiful crafted, spotlessly clean. You inspire us to want to make our own cabin as our home! Love the jacuzzi under the stars, we always feel so spoiled when we come here. We’ll be back for sure.

We definitely recommend the four waterfalls walk, Henrhydd falls, Dan Yr Ogof Showcaves, Penllergere valley woods.

This is our third time staying at the Eco Lodges and we really love the accommodation. The area is good for walking and within an hour of some lovely beaches. The hot tub is very welcome and the dark skies make stargazing wonderful.

Tips for other travellers

The area is great for dogs as you can quickly get off the main roads for some riverside walks. There is a grocery store at the end of the road and a co-op a little further up. The golf club is just at the top of the road and although we didn’t eat there I understand that food is available.

Blas restuarant in Ammanford excellent food Pitchfork and provisions in Llandeilo wonderful bakery and cafe
