Crafnant House - Bed & Breakfast

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. You looked after us so well with every little detail thought of. It was so kind of you to help us have a lovely picnic in your garden for Phil’s birthday - and to do soaked oats for breakfast - along with all the other delicious breakfast food - we need to come back to try more of the specials! We loved the way you’ve decorated the house and need to come back to have time to enjoy the living areas. There were so many lovely thoughtful touches everywhere and so many fascinating quirky things to look at - and we’re so impressed that you’d made lots of the light fittings. Your knowledge of the area and everything that could be useful was so impressive - the list of restaurants on the website is a fantastic resource. I could go on and on….thank you for being so kind and thoughtful in a fun and gentle way. We will definitely be back - we’re hoping we can fitting a more leisurely trip on our own sometime as well as incorporating a stay when we’re up with my parents. Thank you for everything! We had a great time at Crafnant House, which is a beautiful old building with character and history, tastefully refurbished and furnished, the garden an oasis to relax in. Our room was very comfortable, the common rooms and bedroom provides so many little, useful details that a guest might want or need. Breakfast is delicious, served with radiant smiles and chats. Jasmine, Stuart and Bryn are everything you can wish for in a host - and better than that: helpful, attentive, cordial, always seeming happy to do whatever they did for us. Trefriw is a great location with lots to do (in the line of walks, dips in the lake, a shower under a waterfall, light shopping in nearby Llanrwst) and very good dinner options without our car even leaving the car park, as well as great days out within a max. 60 min. drive. Although we had 7 days at Crafnant House, there was so much that we didn't manage to do and see before leaving - our only solution to this problem is coming back. In short: everything that the website promises is true, not even a tiny bit exaggerated.
