John and NIck Are such lovely guys. Made us so welcome made to feel at home Soon as we checked in. Breakfast was gorgeous every morning Carnt thank them enough would definitely recommend hotel To any one looking for hotel in Blackpool.

John and nick where very welcoming and greeted with a smile and show a genuine care about getting to know us will 100% be returning next year.

A little gem of a place with fantastic hosts John and Nick. Spotlessly clean throughout. An excellent full English breakfast cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this little hotel. Close to the shops and nightlife.

I have stayed with John and Nick quite a few times now. Hotel location is a short walk from the railway station and about a 6 minute walk into town. Rooms are always clean. Breakfast is lovely and nothing is too much trouble. It’s a nice and quiet place to stay. I highly recommend this place
