The 'Tiny' House was surprisingly spacious! We were a group of 4 adults and it was very doable, with 2 adults staying in the double bed upstairs, 1 in the lower bunkbed, and 1 on the sofa bed downstairs. Shower was nice and roomy as well. Notes for other travelers: do bring your own cooking knife because there is just 1 small fruit knife in the accomodation. Notes for accomodation: the oven door doesn't open fully if the bathroom door is closed, so it can be awkward if one person is showering and someone else wants to use the oven.

The surrounding area is beautiful, especially Gruinard Bay.

Absolutely great to relax with a wonderful view on the sound of Durnamuck. In case of any need your Belgian hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Tips for other travellers

Sound of Durnamuck est en pleine nature: c'est son charme! Cependant, prévoyez tout votre ravitaillement ainsi que le plein de carburant, vous pourrez ainsi profiter de votre séjour en toute quiétude. Nous avons gouté les produits de Ullappol Smokhouse : Allez-y! les alentours de la boutique ne payent pas de mine, mais le patron est vraiment sympa et les produits sont excellents (saumon fumé au malt de whisky).
