Scarborough, Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay close by by car or walk or cycle along the cleveland way or cinder track. Short walk to the lovely tea rooms. Plenty parking with EV chargers Great food at The Falcon Inn 2.5 mile away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Smugglers Rock House. We found the House to be beautifully presented. The large lounge provided a relaxing space for all of us. The combined kitchen and dining area with access to a south facing patio is a lovely feature of the property. The bedrooms were comfortable.

Tips for other travellers
The National Trust tearoom in Ravenscar has a very interesting video running about 'the town that never was'. The Lifeboat fish and chips in Scarborough were lovely and the same was reported by those who visited The Magpie in Whitby. The beaches at Sandsend and Scarborough had lovely soft sand.

A fantastic accommodation in peaceful surroundings. We were a party of 13 aged 5 to 84 and suited our needs for a family gathering. I would highly recommend.
