Lovely place to stay. Good location for visiting many places and villages. Hosts were always helpful and made us very welcome.

Many houses to visit and we had a lovely lunch in the “The Horseshoe” in Shipston on Stour.

Welcoming, friendly couple on hand to help if needed. Everything is thought of in the cottage of what you might need during your stay including the gorgeous welcome pack. The beautiful baked cake, free range eggs and gorgeous honey most thoughtful. Ideal location for sightseeing touring. The bed is so comfortable to sleep on.

Tips for other travellers

Crown and trumpet pub in Broadway is good value for money Sunday lunch, need to book. Brompton is a nice quick visit. The village film location for Dowton fans. St Edward’s church doors in Stow on Wold have the trees around the doors that inspired Tolkien. Snow Hill national trust would suit most peoples interest. Stow, Broadway, Burton on the water and Burford garden companies for shopping. Village locations live up to the hype of their beauty. All in all you won’t be disappointed.

A delightful place to stay. The accommodation is fully equipped and clean. It's wonderful to be able to get to know the rescued animals. The whole atmosphere is relaxing. The owners are good people, friendly and helpful.

Great walks out, a walk to local pub selling delish food, short drives to lots of local attractions. A really well situated spot for great days out.

We had a wonderful stay, the cottage is beautiful and well looked after. Everyone was very friendly and we felt very welcomed. Already recommended to family

Tips for other travellers

The local pub is lovely but in the pricier side. Broadway is very cute especially around Christmas time and worth a visit. Chipping Norton has a few nice, dog friendly pubs worth a try
