Donna was brilliant.The accomadation was excellent,spotlessly clean everything you could ask for.Breakfast was also excellent(well done chef) a nice touch with the fruit plate on the table.Donna was very helpful in explaining places to visit.Beds extremely comfortable,and the shower room/toilet exceptionally clean.We thought we'd missed our chance to ride on the 'Harry Potter'steam train but Donna informed us there would be tickets available at the station...and there were.Staying here made our break.Would recommend to everyone.Looking forward to staying there again.

Tips for other travellers

The Highland Coo.k was our favourite place to eat good quality food and friendly staff.The Crofters Bar also a great place to eat.First time in Scotland,Ben Nevis was awesome the countryside was fantastic looking to complete the Highland Way walk next year,everyone was very friendly.
