We enjoyed a peaceful and very comfortable stay in this lovely historic hotel. Everything we needed was provided with kindness and efficiency by our hosts.

This is a beautiful hotel, in a remote location, with a focus on peace and wellness. The delicious food reflects this with locally sourced ingredients. Seeing the menu in advance reduces waste and also makes dining more relaxing. The fresh flowers and local toiletries are a delight.

Endroit de rêve, cet hôtel est une pépite dans cette région étonnante par la diversité de ses paysages. Cours de Pilates sur place guidés par Rosie, excellente prof. Cours de yoga à peu de distance. Un bar authentique, boiserie et fauteuils accueillants, dans l'hôtel avec un super bartender qui propose bières locales et whiskies. Chambres aux couleurs des clans en version moderne....etc. Une grande variété de randonnées aux alentours Bref l'adresse incontournable.

Try the walks, food, reformer palates, keep an eye on the ferry sailings to Tarbert and go and see a local shinty match.
