Parking in Howard St can be tight, but, there is always, the Garrison car park. Not a major problem.

Hi Rena Alistair and Sandra Thank you for wonderful stay at The Bothy again. Cannot fault anything and new patio Area perfect sun trap and amazing views. Cannot wait to come back.

Tips for other travellers

Rena Alistair and Sandra the perfect hosts. The Bothy is perfect for peace and Quiet with amazing setting and views. All you need to take is yourselves / food / couple bottles of wine and you are set as everything else in The Bothy you require. Gorgeous walk to Town takes about 45 mins and Taxi back about £6.50 if you having a beer.You will not be disappointed if you book the Bothy.As always being in Scotland always pack heavy Jumper and Coat just in case off day of wether.

If you are looking for a peaceful place to spend your time away, if you've dreamt of living on a farm, then figgitoch farm bothy is a little bit of heaven on the most accessible tiny island in Scotland. The bothy has everything you need, beautiful throughout and extremely comfortable, and if you require any help, Rena and Alistair are only too happy to help. Highly recommended. 5 stars 🌟

Our 3rd stay with Millport Town or Country but our first in 'Gone Fishin', previously we have stayed across the close in 'On yer Bike.' The flat is lovely, think this one might have the edge for me now over 'On yer Bike' as it has a lovely big shower! Only thing I would add is that hooks on the back of the bathroom door would be useful! We will hopefully be back in the summer. Thank you.
