Absolutely fantastic guest house We were the last to book and obviously gained the smallest room In saying this it was spotlessly clean possessed all that you needed and was more than adequate Based upon the above the other 4 bedrooms have to equal or better than what we considered real value for money Breakfast was excellent and for once it wasn’t like a doctors waiting room Conversation was good and the host had time for you Oh and the food provided was quality Do not hesitate in booking this accommodation and you will really enjoy it

A fabulous place to stay in Robin Hoods Bay facilities are excellent lovely well appointed rooms in character with the building free on site parking always a plus in RHB, cleanliness 10 out of 10. A fantastic breakfast each morning that fills you up for the day with good quality ingredients served to you with a smile. The communication prior to your stay and during is welcoming and reassuring cannot fault this B & B and we have stayed in quite a few in RHB and tjis is now our go to. Thank you Max and Michael 😊
