A perfectly located cottage for walking to the Neolithic sites and for driving around West and East Mainland. It is well-equipped and comfortable and the host is very helpful.

We had beautiful weather for 5 days but even so there was always a stiff breeze.

We had a wonderful week at Brodgar Cottage. The cottage is very well equipped and within easy walking distance of the main Neolithic attractions. It was very comfortable although the second bedroom is a bit tight for 2 adults but has a separate bathroom adjacent to it. Shawn was very helpful with local information and making sure that everything was O.K. with the property. We would highly recommend it.

The road which runs in front of the cottage is quite busy and care must be taken when leaving the property.

Excellent spot for exploring Orkney, walking distance or an easy drive to so many beautiful spots and historical sites. The cottage has everything you need. Outstanding hosts!

The cottage is perfect for us. Comfortable, well equipped and easy to heat. Plenty hot water. Situation could not be better.
