A very comfortable 2 night stay at Maple House. Wye Room was a good size with a comfortable bed and clean modern en-suite. It's rare to have the option of a firm pillow. There are several nice touches such as a well stocked tea/coffee tray, with proper sized mugs and a fridge on the landing. The picnic style breakfast suited us well and was a good size. It's made clear that there isn't a TV in the room and sparrows use the hedge in front of the house but wifi is available for streaming and earplugs available if needed for early morning bird noise. It's nice to be on the edge of town with easy parking. We'll stay again if in the area.

We had an enjoyable stay at Maple House. Linda was an amazing host who went above and beyond for us. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast included was delicious. Great value for money and a perfect base for experiencing Hay-on-wye and the surrounding area. We don't have a single complaint and would stay here again without hesitation. Thanks again Linda!

Staying at Maple House is like finding a cosy nest with a high spec, all your creatire comforts and more and the best of locations for exploring Hay-on-Wye
