Great location, rough and ready as previously stated, but if you're looking for fancy, go to a site. This costs £10, is a safe spot, has all the services you need, and is perfect for visiting Kingussie. What more can you ask for? Would absolutely stay again. Only put a 3 for staff because there aren't any!! No real reflection on the site.

This site was fine for a overnight stay. Quiet during the night despite being right next to the railway station.

The site is in a great location for visiting kingussie and also access for lovely walks. Great motorhome facilities.

Tips for other travellers

The Sugar bowl was so nice for breakfast and a bit of gift shopping. Lovely walk to Ruthven Barracks within a mile of the site. There are a number of bars and restaurants that all looked nice. Great toilet and shower block in the car park just off the main road. Great play and picnic area in the town if you are travelling with kids.
