We spent a week in Fern Crag lodge and found it to be very comfortable and well equipped. It is set in some beautiful woodland and very peaceful.

Nevers saw the owners during our stay but they lived close by and previous email conversations meant we didn't really need them. We took everything we needed - again having read other reviews knew what we would to have with us. Lodge was clean and comfortable Location was great for us to be able to walk the dog in the woods at the back of the farm house. Had a great week and the area is full of places to visit.

Very friendly & welcoming owners. No question was ignored prior to the visit. Helpful when we were there - re parking & dog walks etc
