Craigellie is really beautiful and it’s a pleasure to stay there, the gardens are a delight and are so peaceful. The rooms are spacious, well furnished and spotlessly clean. All of the meals we had were excellent in every way. We couldn’t fault anything at Craigellie, this was our second visit and we certainly hope to return. Liz is an exceptional host, anticipates our needs, is very friendly and delivers an incredibly high standard of service.

We thoroughly enjoyed a day at Glamis Castle, just 20 mins from Craigellie. We recommend eating at the Church fish/tapas restaurant in Blairgowrie.

Immaculately renovated house in (very tidy) peaceful landscaped gardens. Beautifully decorated rooms with quality fittings and efficient design touches, eg quiet bathroom fan, shower squeegee to remove water quickly. Huge comfy bed. Fresh flowers in room a lovely touch. Liz was such a help when we arrived (with a vehicle issue) and it was a delight to chat to her and Charles during our stay. Very attentive and interesting hosts.

Lovely woodland and hillside walks into the village. Nearby Highland Games in the area are a must if you stay in June eg Glentochy or Glamis.
