Very conveniently located near Canterbury West station. Our room and a double and single bed which made it a bit cramped. The rooms are above a pub which can be a bit noisy until closing time. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious. Unfortunately there was no plug in the sink and one of the lights did't work. Breakfast is not available as the pub doesn't open until midday but there is a burger van in the car park on weekdays and their food is quite good.

Small is beautiful! Food in the pub can be vastly improved but everything else is high standard.
